SENATE BILL NO. 395 "An Act relating to application of municipal                                    
ordinances providing for planning, platting, and land use regulation to                             
interests in land owned by the Alaska Railroad Corporation; and                                     
providing for an effective date" was read the second time.                                          
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that                                          
SENATE BILL NO. 395 be held to the bottom of today’s calendar.
